American Technologies Inc. / American Restoration have been working on insurance vendor programs for as long as such programs have been around.Each insurance company and vendor program is very unique in terms of their systems and the goals of the program, but all programs have the following in common:
1. Provide a network of preferred restoration contractors to their clients, the insured(s)
2.No client or insured is forced to use the preferred program, its an option as a policy holder
3.The program increases communication and customer service
4.More up to date information is relayed from the members, contractor and the insurance company
5.Claim turnover is reduced
6.Costs are typically lower on a per claim basis
7.All restoration contractors go through vigorous pre-screening and approval processes
8.All work is guaranteed for a set amount of time which varies in each program
9.Work is performed by trained and certified staff
10.Restoration contractors performing program work use the most up to date equipment, tools, materials and communication tools in the industry
