General Manager - Northern California Operations
Kyle Pickett has over 20 years of experience in fire, water and environmental restoration within the insurance industry. Mr. Pickett has worked throughout the United States in the commercial, industrial and residential sectors. He has extensive experience on catastrophic losses ranging from Hurricanes Hugo, Andrew, and Iniki to the Northridge earthquake as well as the Bay Area freeze of 2007 and excessive Northern California rainfall of 2008. His background includes on-site project management, estimating and sales on special projects. As the General Manager of Northern California Operations, his responsibilities include project management, estimating, and management of operations of three offices (Bay Area, Sacramento and San Jose), which are located in the Northern California region.
Mr. Pickett is a Site Surveillance Technician for the State of California, Division of Health and Safety, registration #95-1728. He is also an EPA approved Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor and a certified Building Inspector/Management Planner. Kyle has also attended the class provided by the Indoor Air Quality Association on Mold Remediation. In addition, he has also successfully completed the Successful Subrogation: A Correspondence Course for Restoration Contractors program.
Mr. Pickett has lectured to national and local organizations on the subject of Mold Remediation, Asbestos and Lead Abatement. Clients who have utilized his services have included School Officials, Attorneys, Insurance Companies, General Contractors and Building Owners.
Mr. Pickett is an active member of the Central Coast Claims and East Bay Claims Associations.
