General Manager - Inland Empire, Oxnard and Phoenix Operations
Jeff Moore has over 14 years of experience in contents restoration, environmental remediation (asbestos and mold) and structural repairs related to fire and water damages involving insurance claims. Additionally, Mr. Moore's work experience encompasses a variety of work from on-location cleanings in the residential, commercial and industrial settings to catastrophic emergency response, such as September 11 and Hurricanes Katrina and Wilma. Mr. Moore is one of the firm's General Managers and oversees the San Bernardino, Oxnard and Arizona offices. He is deeply integrated with the development of future branch offices, marketing and catastrophe operations, and his duties include project management, estimating and business development.
Mr. Moore is directly involved with project oversight on large commercial and industrial losses throughout the United States and Mexico. For the past 5 years, he has been directly involved in an on-going large scale mold remediation project at a hospital to correct construction defects from the initial builder. In addition, he also has managed a number of large loss multi-million dollar projects, such as the loss at a major Hotel in Mexico following hurricane damages, water mitigation for a large metropolitan city following a 6' water main break and the fire and smoke restoration to multiple Catholic church buildings following a devastating fire.
Mr. Moore is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and holds a Bachelor of Business in Management and a minor in Spanish, and is currently pursuing his Executive MBA at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. During the pursuit of his scholastic endeavors, he lived and studied abroad in Mexico and Spain. Mr. Moore is fluent in conversational and written Spanish.
Mr. Moore's extensive training background consists of water mitigation, fire restoration, environmental remediation, reconstruction and contents processing. His certifications include the CMR (Certified Mold Remediator) credential issued by the Indoor Air Quality Association, Certified California Asbestos Supervisor, Certified California Asbestos Building Inspector, Digital Photo Inventory, Precision Electronics Restoration, Ultrasonic Cleaning Sciences, WRT (Water Restoration Technician) credential issued by the IICRC and the AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician) credential issued by the IICRC. In addition, he has also successfully completed the Successful Subrogation: A Correspondence Course for Restoration Contractors program.
Mr. Moore currently has professional memberships in the following associations: PLRB (Property Loss Research Bureau), RIMS (Risk Insurance Management Society), IECA (Inland Empire Claims Association), AICA (Arizona Insurance Claims Association), AIAQA (American Indoor Air Quality Association), IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification and RIA (Restoration Industry Association).
