Steve Pace has over 28 years experience in accounting, finance, and administration in the public accounting industry. While employed in public accounting, he specialized in construction accounting and taxation. Mr. Pace has also served as a Controller for a public works general contractor and as Vice President and Controller for a high tech organization that provided state of the art automation services to the travel industry.
Mr. Pace joined American Technologies in 2000. As CFO he is involved in the organization's day-to-day management. In addition to his primary responsibility for the company's financial affairs, he has oversight responsibility for the accounting and administrative operations.
He is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting.
Mr. Pace's memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Construction Financial Management Association.
