Situation

A massive wildfire caused significant fire and smoke damage at Brea Olinda High School's 15-acre campus including the gymnasium, performing arts facility, classrooms, library, swimming pool, athletic facility, outdoor track, bleachers and surrounding landscaping.  The fire rendered the school uninhabitable and forced class cancellations.

Damages included the total loss of portable classrooms and contents, scorched siding, blown-out windows and smoke damage throughout the school's interior spaces.

A key concern of the insurance adjuster was that this loss was too severe and extensive for a single remediation service to handle.  Our representatives proposed a comprehensive work plan ensuring the adjuster that ATI was armed with enough manpower, equipment and skill to handle the entire recovery process.

Utlilized state-of-the-art equipment and methods to ensure a complete and successful recovery.

Results

Despite the severity and extent of fire and smoke damage to Brea Olinda High School, ATI's well-staffed and technically proficient crew completed all recovery work under budget and within the school's timeframe, allowing classes and other school activities to resume just seven days after the devastating fire.

"In my 29 years as an educator, I have never before worked with an organization as efficient and professional as ATI."
