CHINO HILLS, CA - A magnitude 5.4 earthquake hit Southern California today. The quake was felt throughout the Los Angeles area and as far south as San Diego. There were a lot of shaken nerves but luckily there was little earthquake damage

California faces an almost certain risk of being rocked by a strong earthquake by 2037, scientists said Monday in the first statewide temblor forecast.   That's why it's important to have in place an emergency response agreement  that provides a disaster recovery plan for commercial business owners and property managers in the event of earthquake damages or other catastrophe, natural or man-made.
