Single Family Dwelling - Water Damage
Subscribe to Water Damage RSS feedWater and subsequent mold caused damage to the wood flooring and kitchen cabinets in a newly remodeled kitchen of a home. The water damage began when a refrigerator water line failed and flooded the entire first floor.
American Technologies, Inc. removed, rebuilt and stained the lower cabinets to match the existing upper cabinets. ATI’s cabinet shop was able to rebuild the lower bases while saving the doors and drawers. Matching the existing cabinets allowed the homeowners to save the upper cabinets. After the cabinets were reinstalled in the home, the new bases were meticulously stained on site to ensure they matched.
When the homeowners initially remodeled their kitchen, they wished they had done several things differently. During the rebuilding process they took the opportunity to make changes and add upgrades. The center island was enlarged, pull out shelves were added and new appliances installed. American Technologies, Inc. restored and upgraded the kitchen in a timely manner with minimum disruption.
