A mid-summer fire caused extensive damage to the garage and interior of a single family home. The blaze started in the double garage when an automobile ignited due to an electrical fault. The homeowner was the Customer Service Manager for a major homebuilder who had been utilizing American Technologies, Inc. on numerous home warranty projects.

The homeowner informed his insurance company that he preferred to have American Technologies, Inc. perform the required emergency services because of his past experience and confidence in the company. After completion of the emergency services, the agreed upon scope of work included replacement of damaged wall framing, electrical repairs, insulation, drywall, roofing, painting and installation of a new garage door. Much to the appreciation of the homeowner, ATI/AR also helped to arrange the transport and disposal of the destroyed family automobile.

The reconstruction project was completed in approximately four months which allowed the owner and his family to return home in time for their Thanksgiving feast.
