Field Worker Position

Department:  Restoration/Environmental

Reports to:  Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:  Field workers are responsible for working as part of a team to perform emergency services and contents restoration work.  This includes packing contents, general on-location cleaning, HVAC cleaning and deodorization of facilities, assisting with the inventory of site contents, set up of emergency services equipment, preparing contents for storage and light lifting.  The nature of the work involves occasional participation in industry training and after-hours work.  For after-hours restoration work, s/he is required to be available on a rotating schedule for on-call emergency service duty. 

Preferred Qualifications:  The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, good customer services skills and the ability to work as a part of a team.  Good communication skills, ability to follow instructions and commitment to quality and safety are a must.  Previous experience in the Restoration field and existing IICRC Certifications are a big plus.  Bilingual English/Spanish is encouraged but not required.
