6.0 Earthquake rattles Nevada, Idaho, Utah and parts of California

Nevada residents were awakened February 21, 2008 by a 6.0 earthquake. The temblor was centered Sparsley, 11 miles southeast of Wells near the Nevada-Utah Line. The quake was felt across eastern Nevada, Utah and as far away as Southern California. Residents of Twin Falls, Idaho, report shaking strong enough to knocks items off of shelves.
