A large property management company contacted American Technologies, Inc. to undertake the conversion of a laundry room and clubhouse into a workout and fitness center at a 800-unit apartment complex in Gilbert, Arizona.

American Technologies, Inc. started work on the clubhouse first by installing new HVAC units, updating all electrical work, adding windows, cabinetry and installing granite countertops. Shortly afterward, American Technologies, Inc. began renovating the laundry facility by rerouting existing water pipes, applying texture paint and installing new store front windows, recessed can lights and a state of the art electronic monitoring system.

American Technologies, Inc. completed this sizeable dual-facility remodel on schedule and within a month. Due to the improvements to the apartment complex leasing center, the occupancy rate increased from 75% to 96% in less than one month. This project was successful to all parties, particularly the owner who saw an increase in revenue and a major return on his dollars spent on the improvements.
