After a Lake Arrowhead cabin suffered extensive fire and smoke damage, the homeowner contracted the services of American Technologies, Inc. to do the reconstruction. Nearly a total loss, the entire structure of the home was severely affected and required specific engineering to repair the damage. American Technologies, Inc. lifted the roof to allow for the removal and replacement of the burnt 25-foot roof beam. Scope of work also included framing, drywall and plumbing, reconstruction of the kitchen, hallway, bathroom, second floor loft and a new roof. The entire house was then painted inside and out.

As the project neared completion, a pipe broke due to frozen water lines. An ATI crew was immediately dispatched to dry down the home and mitigate water damage. By being readily accessible and quick to respond, American Technologies, Inc. was able to accomplish the construction within the projected time frame despite the unforeseen difficulties.
